Noble of Indiana held its annual Noble Opportunity fundraising luncheon last Thursday, and in just over one hour raised nearly a quarter of a million dollars.
It all came together thanks to months of planning by Noble, the work of countless volunteers and "table captains" (such as our own Bruce White), and an emotional video produced by Bennett Innovations.
For more than 50 years, Noble has been helping people with developmental disabilities lead fuller, happier lives. The task for BI and producer Tony Brummett was to highlight just a few of those remarkable stories to demonstrate the difference Noble makes in our community. To do this, Bennett carved out three narratives from hours of interviews, put together a slick graphics package, and created a custom piano score to add emotional weight.
In the end luncheon attendees laughed, cried, and opened their wallets for a great cause. The food was pretty good, too.
